First thing in the morning, or when my Touch has been unused for a while, the first thing I play is preceded by a short "chirp" of uncorrelated music. At least that's what I think I hear: more like a split second of music vs. some kind of random noise. Happens on both local file playback and internet radio.
I've experimented with "Power On Resume" options and various values of "Audio Startup Time" with no improvement. It's very difficult to test because it's intermittent. What I can say for sure is that this has not always happened. I tried going from LMS 8.0.1 back to LMS 7.9.4 and it made no difference. (I might try 8.1.) Is there something in logging that I can enable to try to catch some evidence of this?
