Favourites shows 'On mysqueezebox.com' twice ... as first and last items
in the list!


If you look at the file you'll see that one of them is using https, 
while the other uses http. This would be the result of a change I 
applied yesterday to use encrypted communication between LMS and mysb. 
Just delete the plaintext one, or both of them. It'll be re-added next 
time you start LMS.

Here's the favourites.opml file - strange there are 2 sb.com entries  -
one http and the other https

Editing the file makes no difference (?)
