I have a Vortex Box. Ripped CD's are viewable on the LMS, but songs
don't play. I get a message that LMS does not find my player despite the

Check the IP addresses on the player and on the LMS machine
Reboot the player (doesn't hurt and can help.)

If I use my username and password, there are no special characters. I
get the authentication exception using my username or email as user.
I have multiple versions of C++ Runtime in my Windows apps: 2008, 2010,
2013, 2015.
Thanks again,
Jerry
