Looking to upgrade from my ReadyNAS Duo V2 as it is a tad slow at times
and also is not able to stream flac 24/192 without pausing to buffer.
Any thoughts appreciated.

I have been into the ReadyNas
The system has run very well with only few glitches for a year or two.
Recently the players have been working ok but alternating into "trying
to connect" - three players involved, all can not be faulty at the same
time. I have been running LMS 7.9.0-1459712283. Yesterday it became
worse so I

Ralphy, thanks again for providing the plugin for me. It all went nicely
as soon as I realised I can map the network drive (ReadyNas with SSH)
and copy the files into the plugin folder. :)
Had I google for the plugin I would have found the files were available,
as I did eventually!

Ralphy, thanks for that. Now to work out how to install it into LMS on
the ReadyNAS..

Some how the DENON AVR plugin disappeared last week from LMS on my
ReadyNAS. Seeing as the google repo is down, is there another I can get
it from?

Hi,
Posting this in the main LMS thread as not sure if it is to do with
Raspberry, pCP, or SPOTTY!
Changed from ReadyNAS with LMS 7.9.1 to a Raspberry pi3 with pCP and LMS
7.9.1 so that I can enjoy SPOTTY, and it is great! Have now learned how
to change file paths in my saved playlists so that

This could take a while... have created a couple of playlists and saved
them in LMS but they do not appear in the folder of the playlist
files... I will persevere.
I am giving LastMix a try in conjunction with DSTM. I have it set to
local songs only. Scrobbling local and Spotify tracks. Quite impressed!
It always adds 5 songs on to to list at a time. The first 5 added are
very close to the seed track, but as each 5 is added it wanders away
quickly. I
Hi Michael,
thanks for your reply and advice. I changed MAX_TRACKS to 25 and
restarted LMS (of course!) and it works perfectly. Thanks again!

Broken again! The auto scan at 9.00 am today did not happen. I then set
another scan for a later time, and that time passed without scan. I had
done a restart of pCP and LMS at 7.00 am before the autoscan programmed
time, and the server.log shows that the rescan plugin was loaded. When I

About a month ago I set up the rescan timer for a daily scan of changed
and new files. It worked on the dot every morning at the selected time.
I have noticed over the past few days that it no longer scans

That may have found the problem... there is no plugin.rescan listed in

Using pi3 with LMS 7.9.2 always updated. SBT is connected by wireless to
internet modem. The connection is used by other devices and has no
streaming issues. Highest rate FLAC files stream from my library over
wifi to SBT with no problems. Usually if there is a buffering issue the
screen reads
As an aside, I have just come to realise that DSTM with LastMix ticked
actually streams from Spotty; I naively thought that it was streaming
from LastFM, I realise now that it only pulls the mix down from there!
So when I say I am having pauses in streaming from LastFM & Spotty I
really mean

A good thought, but pi3 is connected to modem/router by LAN cable.

Michael - PCM is
Had issues with my pi3 since pCP update to 4.0.0 earlier in the week
(posted in pCP thread) and ended up with SD card clean and new pCP 4.0.0
image install, then new LMS 7.9.2 install, set up etc. Was working After
last night's LMS update I am unable to start LMS. Not sure if it is pCP

Pi3 with pCP 4.0.0b6 and LMS 7.9.2 nightly. Using DSTM I select a seed
and of course it populates correctly with new tracks and the playlist
grows. That is all good, no problems with DSTM, but if I stop LMS and
then restart pCP (and obviously LMS) then LMS will often revert to the
playlist I had
Greg Erskine wrote:

I just tried pressing BACKUP in pCP and then after it returned to main
page I restarted the Pi. The playlist had disappeared except for the two
seed tracks, it restarted again where it had been 2 hours before.

Am still experiencing the same problem. Apart from restarting my full
system... pCP, LMS, wifi router and access points... nothing has changed
but the playlist has reverted to one three days ago. Had been playing
one of my saved playlists yesterday. Not a huge issue, but annoying.

Since update to V1.1.7 I noticed that it was back to 5 max. tracks
selected from the seed, I had previously set it to 25. Update wrote over
that and took it back to 5. No problem, have edited MAX TRACKS = 25.
Just to adise anyone else who had set max tracks previously to a
different number.
