It's been a while but renaming "baby.version" didn't resolve the issue.
Recently I am finding my scans for new music are also failing.
What's the next step?

I checked the permissions first. The settings say the permissions are
"custom." Do any of these need to change or is it best to rename the
file and start over?

DJanGo, Just ran Disk Permissions. I'll see if it saved my LMS settings
tomorrow after I boot up my Mac.
Did you check server.log? Anything in there?

Did you already used -Repair disk permissions-?
