No idea on ubuntu. For Windows you simply right click LMS and select
Control Panel > Diagnostics to see any reported port conflicts (and
other issues).
Long shot but try this: After you connect Touch to MySB.com, remove
power from Touch, re-boot Touch, should connect automatically to
MySB.com.
