When you connect this SB with mysqueezebox.com, you can find the former
owners e-Mail address somewhere under Information. Ask him to delete
the Box from his account.

get his address when you connect your Squeezebox to (his) mysbc Account.

One more thing: while your SB is connected to your LMS, it will appear
on mysbc as not connected. Because it is not connected... to mysbc. But
it's still your SB. :)
Fine that it's working again. But since I don't understand exactly, what
you did to kind of solve your problem I want that say some more:
As long as your Classic doesn't show up on your own mysbc account
respectively there is still the wrong email address in those
informations, it's not perfectly
Switch on your SB3 to mysbc. If it still doesn't appear on your mysbc
account, have a look on your SB again ( still connected to mysbc)
somewhere under Information. There you can check the email address where
the Box is logged in.
And will Spotify end with an UE Smart Radio either?

E-Mail-Address can be found on the Squeezebox itself. That is to take
some work of @mherger s shoulder.
But since you already tried that, there was no other way for you to
solve your problem.

If A and B are connected to mysbc it's possible: the account Spotify
Protocol Handler on LMS used and the account that C uses must be 1) the
same and 2) different from A and B.

First of all you could have a look at the email address to which they
are bound on mysbc. You have to log them in to mysbc and afterwards
somewhere in the settings/information you'll find those email addresses.
That's just out of curiosity. Then for further investigation you could
email to that
Then try to delete that Touch from your mysbc account. It should come
back. (But I don know under what circumstances. )

Oh, that one.
Please search the Forum for "Service temporarily not available ". There
are some proposals from Michael to sort this out. And he even updated
LMS some days ago to better avoid that stalling of LMS.
I don't recall the most, but I know that message was reported several
times.
If it's only about the Spotify account, delete and recreate it with your
own credentials.

Another idea: your receiver seems to be connected via WLAN. Any chance
to try Ethernet?

And I did. It seems, Michael was faster because the Touch was owned by a
new account, "unlinked@..." Thanks, Michael.
But resetting the Touch allowed me to enter my E-Mail-Address. So thank

On new models as touch and radio you'll need only the official Plugin.
On older models you'll need Triodes plugin but then you can also use the
new one. If you have both, put Triodes in Radio.
