I also have this issue. Sometimes I have a wait a few hours and then
suddenly it works.
When using the Tidal login on Tidal's own website, it always works.

I see 503 errors in the server log of LMS for windows:
That would happen if your LMS went crazy and sent too many requests to
the server. You should probably shut it down for 10-15 minutes, then try
again.
