Hello everybody, It seems to me all progress in both squid 2.5 line and 3.0 line has stalled completely already more than a year ago. There have been no more releases at all unless one counts autogenerated snapshots. How should I interpret this?

Squid 2.5 is still supported and maintained, the latest release was only 3 weeks ago (2.5STABLE7). Squid-3 seems to have stalled somewhat but there have been a few patches from 2.5 backported in the last few months. Squid-3 CVS hasn't built for me for months with gcc-3.4 (see bugzilla 1024:
