Hit Ratio Request 54.0%-53.8% , Byte 56.7%-56.9%
CPU Usage 29.86%
This makes the capacity and size members of Store 64-bit to avoid
rounding errors. Fixing some math problems on very large files and
should also avoid problems when caches reach into TB sizes.
Two patches attached; one for trunk and 3.2, the other ported for 3.1.
