Thanks for clarifying I had read about your different packages but didn't
realize that ssl_crtd would be part of helpers. I ended up compiling from
source and it wasn't as scary as I expected :)
I used your compile options by copying squid -v output from the package.

CentOS 7 packages are in the Testing phase and will might not be stable
enough for production.
If you may look at the RPMs my packaging of squid is a bit different
then the mainstream.
