I would to use Squid 2.6 as trasparent proxy with http and https connection.

The issue is not 100% related to squid.
You can try to use default squid.conf and then see if you get the same
issue.
If the issue is only related to Squid configuration we can try to help you.
While if the issue can be file permissions or any other non-squid
related issue I doubt we can
