Can you provide a log from the time squidguard stops working?
Please look for the squidguard.log and the squid.log.
In some cases squidguard goes into emergency mode and does no blocking
any more.

nothing special before 13:30:07. I guess the problem is still some bug in
sgLog.c.
I just tried to rebuild squidguard 1.4 with the additional 2 patches
If squidGuard has a showstopper, I suggest to look at ufdbGuard.
ufdbGuard has regular releases, a support desk, and additional features
to block VPNs, block unsafe HTTPS traffic, enforce SafeSearch and
much higher performance.

Upstream fixed this only in squidGuard 1.5 and the
