I stripped out the http_access acl lines:
http_port 8080
icp_port 3130
cache_dir aufs
Hum, i saw nothing
Perhaps shutdown_lifetime i don't use this option
Or maybe debug_options, I had problems with high load

Doesn't matter. I merely decreased that value to make restarts faster.
