I used the following:
HTTPS - Apache (proxypass)(HTTP) - squid - OWA Server.
I used Apache to accept the HTTPS connection and then forward it on as
standard HTTP to squid which forwarded it on to the OWA server.

Nope, and it won't be included in any Squid-2.5 release as it is not a
bugfix.
