I had this same issue and could .. ehrm guess (sorry) from the logs
that I was missing g++
After apt-getting g++, everything went smooth.

Found,
Did not installed C++, just everything is working well except that in
the config.log the file ip_tproxy.h is not found.
I did not found any package containing this file.
If someone can help.
