requests out through a parent.
If the parent uses NCSA auth, the sibling serves back pages that cannot be
navigated due to authentication failures.
If the parent is also using ntlm, then a password/userid prompt,
The HP-UX make program is broken and does not work with Squid-2.5 or
later.
Try using GNU make or mostly any other well known make program..
You can also try this little script after running configure:

The user column of the access log contains either (in priority order,

Moving right along... I just got done configuring bind on the same machine
as the squid. Kinda thought it might make squid a tad faster. When I went
to tie them together, I found this.
