[squid-users] secure connection client -- squid

Hello, I use Squid 3 (squid-3.0-14.2mdv2009.1) with authentication on a Mandriva 2009. I need to secure the connection between the client (IE, Firefox...) and the Squid. By default the password it's base64 encoded but in blanc text. I need with encryption. Anyone can help? or send any
