Get Yer Indy Zines and show off your indy zines and selfpublished massed producables and artifacts.Not since the printing press has there been such a revolution in the communication arts..from comics, to personal diatribes, to Zines, , indy publications, Fanzines, silk screened printed books, and more. all available from a huge spectrum of artists, creators, punks, and photocopy stealers. Features tons of zinester tables, Panels on creating indypendent art, distributing your wares and creations, to surviving doing your art alone.
A two day event for people interested in homemade, independent publications to show off their stuff, trade with other folks, and to see what other people are doing. Many people are creating great zines and we want to increase the visibilty of our local zine communities as well as just meet each other. If you don't do a zine, there will be plenty to read and/or acquire. If you do a zine, reserve a table or just bring them along and hand 'em out while you browse, schmooze, or stand there feeling socially awkward. its up to you. cuz thats the friggin theme, eh?
