Therefore my SMTP server is working good.
Squirrelmail has a prblem.

This is most decidedly not a SquirrelMail problem. It could be that you
haven't configured SquirrelMail

Server replied: 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my
list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
This is not a SquirrelMail question. Your SMTP server is not set up
correctly
