Check changelogs. Plugin is included in 1.5.1cvs and 1.4.4.

squirrelmail-1.4.4
I got the following error:

global_sql_addressbook" as suggested. But it just hangs there without any
feedback.
Trying to use MySQL Global AddressBook Backend - with squirrelmail 1.4.0.
Instructions are very minimal
"Install using patch -p0"
which directory do you download the patch to?
what is the syntax for the patch command in this scenario?
tried to edit files manually but this did not work
