This PR allows kamailio to duplicate messages to Homer using HEPv3 [0].
An optional correlation ID (which can contain PVs) can be passed to
`sip_trace()`.
The packing macros in hep.h are authored by @camilleoudot and I've just used
them.

Without this items in `rtcp_capture` table from FreeSWITCH or RTPEngine would
have the `correlation_id` truncated.
Could be made conditional with the last element of correlation_id being `\0`,

I've spent some time on a debian jessie host, adapting a systemd script I've
been using (please see below).
Some notes:
- As you probably know, sh_installinit already takes care of installing a
.service file found in the debian folder, so it's sufficient to remove the

Hi,
Just a small patch to synchronize the name of the expired contact event to the
documentation.
Documentation refers to 'usrloc:contact-expired', the registrar code to
'usrloc:expired-contact'.
I thought it was easier to update the code rather than all the documentation.
