Well, it is not easy to track them by heart, mainly you have to look at
the changes in the core and tm, but also in the other modules you use.
git log is useful for this kind of job.

would you be able to upgrade to 5.0.1? There were some fixes on this regard.
If not, then upgrade to 4.4.5, it will not require any config changes
and you are sure you are not affected by the bugs fixed from 4.4.0 to
4.4.5 releases.
