Today I made some progress. Though, I didn't achieve what I am looking for but able to get 202 Accepted and NOTIFY for "presence" event. For "reg" event 489 Bad event response is received. What I can see in the 489 response is that Allow-Events header does not contain "reg", it just has presenc
