i have the same usage scenario as you have. I only was able to solve
that by modifying module sources itself.
Simply remove duplicate checks in the module. It seems that it does not
have any other side effects. For me its not very clear the idea of
keeping track of duplicates.

I'm observing TCP Recv buffer getting full when we are doing a load run
(30cps) on Proxy with TCP. Basically the congestion is happening on the TCP
connection from SIP Server to Proxy. I beleive kamailio is not processing
the message fast enough, due to this congestion is occuring.
This issue has not been resolved. I am still getting the same error when
trying to use kamctl for anything.
I have tried all of the suggestions posted to date with no resolution. Is
there anything more I can provide to help resolve this problem?
