Thanks for your response.
I did read the section about the secret in the kb url. I followed the
example and inserted the test users on tFe url (101, 102, 103) and they
have secret set to NULL. I have tried both secret=NULL and secret= and
Asterisk still asks for authentication. Also when I do sip
Dear colleagues,We have an issue with a couple of peers - when the called party hangs up, they (the peer) does not receive the appropriate BYE message and call appears as still connected at peers end. Then it drops after 30 seconds and sends us BYE.Current setup is the following:PEER IP KAMAILIO
You could remove secret= on extensiones to check if its related to
authentication or not
You must not request authentication to kamailio in order to work properly
in front of Asterisk
As Daniel mention check if Kamailio peer is created and extensiones have no
secret.. you would need to add
Hello,
Would it be possible to send the messages captured by the sipcapture module to
a message queue instead of inserted directly into a database?
Be it DMQ or SQL Server Service Broker Queues, etc.
Or maybe another approach, executing a stored procedure instead of an insert
statement?

Hello,
if you do:
kamctl dispatcher dump
the output shows the destinations in the order they are going to be used
(first printed is going to be the first used).
Afterwards, making a pull request to clarify the priority order rule
would be appreciated ;-)

Hello,
the location_attrs table store extra attributes per contact record,
which can be set in config file via XAVP.
You need to add the tables with _attrs suffix corresponding to the name
you use instead of 'location', using same structure as location_attrs.

Hello,
iirc, the to-tag is set in the dialog structure when the 200ok is
processed. During the call setup, there can be many outgoing branches,
therefore many 'early' to-tags, but only one will be final, once the
call is answered.
On the other hand, there is a C function that returns the local
Hello,
the documentation doesn't clearly state if a larger value for the
priority field means that it gets used first before entries with smaller
priority values are used - or vice versa.
It currently states:

Maybe you got to get some traces with sip set debug on on asterisk or ngrep
in kamailio to check whereis the problem.
I think you are not authenticating correctly
Check if you insert on sipusers and sipppers table what is commented on KB
