I got several errors this morning on a Kamailio instance.
The first occurred without a complete crash of Kamailio but 4 coredumps have
been created:

you can definitely do this with Kamailio. We've made a similar setup
at an MNO, where we had two EPCs and two IMS-Cores which were directly
interconnected (using an Oracle/AcmePacket SBC or directly).
