not much into ims myself, but with kamailio it is a matter of
kamailio.cfg to say what's implemented there, because lot of other
modules might be combined to add/remove/adjust sip headers in order to
meet some specifications.

I can only see the 3GPP specification mentioned in ims_qos module. Please
have the other IMS modules also updated with the respective 3gpp versions.
