Now, I would like to evalute Kamailio proxy from outside (internet) but I have
some difficulties to setup my PfSense firewall to enable inbound & outbound
rules, network settings
Dear All,
I have seen in the new kamailio release 5.3.0, kamailio support for haproxy
protocol – both the v1 (human-readable) and v2 (binary) versions of the
protocol are supported (
https://www.kamailio.org/w/kamailio-v5-3-0-release-notes/ ) but it seems to be
for Database, webserver
Dear,
I am testing the kakamilio 4.4 with rtpproxy on Debian stretch 9.13
I have installed the packages
- apt-get install kamailio and rtpproxy.
- kamailio 4.4
- rtpproxy Basic version: 20040107
*My version of RTPPROXY doesn't have the -A parameter so that means without
e newer kamailio default cfg you find also support for rtpengine, it can

Dear Henning,
Do you have a link to install the latest kamailio & rtppengine with default

I need to check if NAT works before to migrate ;-)

=tcp:PRIVATE_IP:5060 advertise PUBLIC_IP:5060
*QUESTION :*
- rtpproxy
- Do I need the -l PRIVATE_IP AND/OR PUBLIC_IP for NAT ?
- Do I need the -A PRIVATE_IP/PUBLIC_IP for NAT ?
- kamailio
- Do I need to add extra code on ROUTING to enable advertise - NAT ?
