Hello,
using Kamailio 4.4, 
append_rpid_hf("$fU",";party=calling;id-type=subscriber;privacy=off;screen=yes"); 


on the PSTN route doesn't append the rpid header on the INVITE

As well as append_hf("P-hint: outbound\r\n"); on the SIPOUT route 
doesn't work


What do I miss?
