I've replaced "replaced by" and "replaces" links throughout with simple
"see also" links, which can also be used in other cases where we want to
bring readers' attention to other, related SRFIs, e.g. for extensions.

I've also added more such links based on suggestions from John Cowan and
Marc Nieper-Wißkirchen.  I'm sure there are more SRFIs that should be
linked to each other in this way.  If anyone would like to suggest others,
please let me know.
