Hi Marek,
I think for such analysis you have to switch to the AST:
IAstNode node= (IAstNode.class) el.getAdapter(IAstNode.class);
if (node instanceof Assignment) {
RAstNode sourceNode= ((Assignment) node).getSourceChild();
if (sourceNode instanceof FCall) {
FCall.

Hi Marek,
the output is printed to stdout if you start the RServi node in debug

Hi Marek,
maybe the current RServi doesn't offer at Java level what you are
looking for. You can also use R function capture.output to collect the
output of your functions.
If you want a full console, simply use StatET.

Hi Karl,
this is a bug, the variable resolver checks if the md file exists (which
is, of course, not required).
Possible workarounds:
a) Replace ${file_name_base} by ${file_name_base:${source_file_path}}
b) Create an empty md file
c) Use a "single-step" config

Hi Denys,
did you use the integrated graphic device (rj.gd)?
You can debug the rendering [1] of the integrated device like any other
Eclipse application from an Eclipse IDE itself.
I can reproduce the issue of non-printed micro points, it will be fixed
in the next version.

Hi Melanie,
sorry, this is a bug. It will be fixed in the next version.
As workaround you can use the button in the main toolbar.
