Resolution: Won't Fix
Fix Version/s: (was: 4.2)
Resolving as Won't Fix, as this can be resolved by upgrading to a newer version
of the Intel 9.1 compiler. (4.2.0 will likely be certified with the 9.1.051
patch.)
