One wonders about Djelic. Where does he live? Which bridges in particular does he want to reconstruct? Perhaps those that Mr. Milosevic reconstructed with the money he is claimed to have "stolen" from the public coffers! All but one of the bridges have already been repaired by the "Butcher of the Balkans"...
OR IS DJELIC JUST HOPING THAT NO ONE HAS NOTICED THAT...???

"We cannot get rich overnight, we have been on the road to ruin for ten years. This is a significant day and if we succeed in realizing our projects, I believe that the effect would be visible as early as the end of the year," said the Serbian Finances Minister, Bozidar Djelic, commenting on the results of the Donors' Conference in Brussels. The Effect would be apparent when we start building roads and reconstruct some of the bridges and when our businessmen get loans for their companies, added Djelic.
