I was looking at bug 22207 which is caused by FormBeanConfig having a reference to ModuleConfig, however in greping through the code, I couldn't find any instance where getModuleConfig was used. Furthermore, I don't see why a child object needs a reference to a parent one. It adds complexity and can cause problems, like the one noted here.
