jsp.error.unterminated.tag - improve error messages for misbuilt tags!

I had <bean:write "inMsgList" property="read" filter="true" />
and got the below error message.

Obviously, <bean:write name="inMsgList" property="read" filter="true" />
would be correct.

But the error message is totally misleading.

Couldn't it say something like:
"Missing name attribute" or alike?
