Ok, here it is !
I have committed the changes to enable running cactus unit tests within
Struts. Please have a look and tell me what you think. Please note that
although I have committed the changes, David Winterfeldt was the one who
initially wrote this Cactus integration with Struts and sent it
+1. I like it!
After you're done, I want to declare a "Struts 1.0 beta 2" release,
because I've been knocking off a bunch of the Bugzilla bug reports, and
it is time to let the world know about the progress that has been made.
