My Path as follows.
C:\jakarta-tomcat-3.2.1\webapps\bbnpa\ thus continued-
WEB-INF\classes\org\breconbeacons\it\java(classes).
Thus i am aware that they haven't compiled to .class file any help would be extremly recived.
I have ensured the jar files ,tld ( xml ),package title and declarations are in order.
