Hi Arne, I believe that the struts-console and/or the scrioworks Camino (http://www.scioworks.com) tools will produce diagrams from a struts-config.
The ObjectAssembler plugin may also produce diagrams - I haven't got round to evaluating it yet so I couldn't say.
