Unable to create Action instance

Hi all,

While triying to submit my login form,
I have the error message below(I'm usinng Tomcat 4.0)

No action instance for path /login could be created

It seem to me that everything has been declared as it should be.

here is my strut-config and the corresponding action class.

I really don't know what's happening.

If someone could help.
