The docker plugin in sosreport doesn't collect informations for Ubuntu.
In docker.py for the Ubuntu Plugin, the docker command is set to
'docker.io'[1] which seems to be a old workaround that has been
removed[2],

affected to pacemaker 1.1.10.
[Test Case]
1. deploy 3 trusty instance.
2. install corosync, pacemaker, mysql.
3. setting with below info
3.1 corosync.conf (
sil2100 has rejected the first upload and kept the second which include
the (LP: #X) syntax in d/changelog.
Things are a bit blocked everywhere. Accepting the uploads now will do
nothing as we have no builders. sil2100 will review the uploads later
when there will be some builders available.
