Please give it a try and let us know if there are any pitfalls.
This should include Spanish manual, working HTML export, everything.

They were copied, but I confused myself with the directory layout and put

After the switch to a central event decoder and just return gasmix from
that we printed things in permille, eg. EAN1000 and 180/550 which looks
kinda strange.
This fixes that by using gasname instead to give the gas a name.

2 - pictures are not being restored from XML
3 - clicking in the picture does nothing.
if someone can help me on those things that'd be awesome. :)

Hi Dirk,
During this week I have reworked interaction with dive list. Now main screen
supports:
1) single dive delete
2) multi dive delete
3) dive(s) upload to server
4) offline online dive saving (cloud icon near date and time labels points
whether it is saved on server or not)

I just pushed a few more commits that make Subsurface compile again with
Qt5, that slightly change the picture data structure (it seems silly to
have a 64bit timestamp in there - and the code gets simpler (and the XML
easier to read) if we use an offset from the beginning of the dive
instead).
