I've looked at and tested your latest series of VPM-B commits. From what I
can see, it looks like it's doing the correct thing, except that
first_stop_pressure is reset to zero every iteration, so it then gets set
each stop (rather than just at the first stop) before running the Boyle's

The modifications are available on *bth_windows* branch [1].
I thought that it would be easier for Thiago to review the new code

So I've spent some time today with Guido on the challenges of building
Subsurface on a Mac from scratch. And to call the experience for him a disaster
would be putting it way too kindly.
I pushed a few changes that I hope will make this better but this will require
