Daniel, I think it depends on your diving needs as well. I bought a Scubapro Galileo HUD about two years ago. I have dove that computer in recreational diving and really enjoy the convenience of having my hands free. I have noticed Bluetooth issues with iOS devices, but not android or windows

It's a nice idea but I personally can't really see this working. I'd imagine that most manufacturers will want to push their own software and wouldn't want to advertise other software projects they don't have any control over, they may view Subsurface as a bit of a grey area, some may be ok with

It's actually far more complicated than one might think. And no, we don't make this information easily available. If you are thinking iOS, then your only option is a BLE dive computer. If you are thinking Android, you usually have a few more options, but that depends on a number of other
