Re: Subsurface mobile unable to download from ScubaPro G2
Stupid question... does version 2.1.5 (4.8.3.307) include the libdivecomputer fix for the G2 download issue with firmware version 1.4? I received the app update 2 days ago, and it's failing to download in what appears (at least superficially) to be the same manner. Please be aware that I recently replaced my original phone with a Google Pixel 3 XL, so I can't rule out a phone issue at this point. I've attached subsurface.log and libdivecomputer.log, just in case they're needed. Thanx! Re: TestFlight beta feedback for Subsurface-mobile
Tried 4.8.3.320 on iPhone 6 running iOS 12.1. No issues with the filter. Tapped once on the filter icon and the keyboard and entry line appear. Tried shutting down the app and re-starting several times and the behavior was consistent and correct. I tried using filtering, then closed the filter, did some other things in subsurface, then tried filtering again. No issues. So it is working well for me. ..Hartley ___ subsurface mailing list subsurface@subsurface-divelog.org http://lists.subsurface-divelog.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/subsurface

Could you restart the app, try again (so enable the filter, type something, filter, disable the filter, enable it again - and then the second time you see the field, correct?) And then go to the About page, tap the button to copy the log files and then create an email to this list (or just me) and paste the logs into that? Excellent. Glad this is working well for you. I just pushed another update to TestFlight, hoping that it will help us figure out why on some devices the filter entry line isn’t shown… /D ___ subsurface mailing list subsurface@subsurface-divelog.org http://lists.subsurface-divelog.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/subsurface

The dive filter works well for me on iPhone 6 running the latest iOS. This is a great feature! Thanks to all who've worked on it. ___ subsurface mailing list subsurface@subsurface-divelog.org http://lists.subsurface-divelog.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/subsurface

working towards 4.8.4 and 2.1.5
It's that time again. We've made some progress, we added some features, I'm sure we added some bugs... :-) Right now I want to collect the list of things we need to get done before cutting a release - reported issue about mobile filtering / filter entry line not showing up on some iOS devices - documentation of mobile filtering in the user manual - en_ZA locale - figure out what's wrong with the Windows builds an BT/BLE (apparently at least the Travis binaries don't use the correct BT DLL) and the list of things that some of you may be working on and would like to get into these releases - ? I'll push a first update of translations in a moment... /D ___ subsurface mailing list subsurface@subsurface-divelog.org http://lists.subsurface-divelog.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/subsurface
