This position is aligned with Technology Information Group (TIG) - Deposit and Consumer Loan work-flow and imaging system applications called CLIPR and DIPR. This position will require the candidate be familiar with all phases of development including analysis, design, development and implementation. Applicants should process strong application development and project management skills as well as experience providing mentorship to fellow t team members. The candidate will be required to collaborate with a variety of technical and business departments to resolve complex application issues. Project work will include diverse operational challenges requiring detail analysis of business processes leveraging software engineering methodologies as well as associated tools and technologies to satisfy dynamic business needs. · Must have software development experience with Microsoft Visual Basic and SQL Server. · Additionally, .NET, C#, XML, and EDM would be ideal. · Comply with development standards and tools, i.e., release management, Clear Quest, PAC2000, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.. Minimum Qualifications · Strong and proven software development leads experience. · Proven analytical and organizational skills. · 4+ Years experience in using software project management techniques · 4+ Years experience in Visual Basic,.NET/ASP, SQL Server · Strong and proven communication skills. · Proven analytical and organizational skills. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Preferred Skills Experience with document imaging and workflow systems (FileNet, Tibco, Viewstar, etc.). Experience in .NET and JAVA environments. Familiarity with Consumer Credit and Deposit Services business organizations. Ability to navigate in large organizations.
