Amigos terminamos el proyecto de crear un a partir del irobot un Telepresencia con la OLPC. Usando sugar, python, ssh y el irobot create sin unidad de procesamiento de datos, conectado el irobot con la pc y enviando las imagenes por una interfaz web :) Claro todos sobre un hermoso GNU/linux :). Spanish === Themes o Pieles de Acuerdo al País para Sugar Resumen Contar con un ambiente dentro del Panel de Administración de la OLPC para configurar un theme con iconos o figuras de acuerdo al país del niño. Por ejemplo un XO con un detalle que lo diferencie de la costa, sierra o selva. Este sería un paquete rpm o actividad que se instalaría desde los servidores de colegio en las laptops de los niños. Este paquete mapearía las aplicaciones de las actividades y colocarí un icono diferente de la figura estadar. Para hacer este paquete también ayude a modelar una imagen de acuerdo a los parametros de Sugar en colores y tamaños. MouseTrap for Sugar an New Position WebCam in OLPC English Improve accessibility for children with motor problems such as not having hands or problems in them. The gnome project is to implement this technology to your desktop. Spanish === Usability Testing for Activity Resumen El objetivo es hacer una medición de una usabilidad y hacer un proceso estándar para las proxima liberaciones estables del proyecto Sugar y de sus Actividades de los Pack de los países. Ese proceso estandar se podrá repetir con los profesores y los desarrolladores en los países que utilizan el proyecto para hacer las evaluaciones en las escuelas y se generará nuevos requerimientos de software. Y los resultados de esta medición se utilizará para mejorar la calidad del software en su ciclo de vida y comprobará su utilidad en el plano pedagógico. Actualmente es posible crear un procedimiento para realizar los test de usabilidad en los colegios y tener una data para el análisis. En un futuro deberá agregar herramientas como un heatmap[1] y un eyetracking[2]. Esto facilitaría la elaboración de pruebas de usabilidad en colegios donde se implanten los proyestos. En una actividad usando un screencast y vnc. Hello Friends. Someone made a robot using only the OLPC. There is a project to adapt to the OLPC iRobot of microsoft. I am going to bring the artificial intelligence. The teacher will use the robotic irobor and microsoft for the course. I wonder if you could use an OLPC to make a robot and program intelligent agents.
