Hi everybody,
we need your help! In fact, we've set up a (right now pretty empty)
roadmap for soas-2 in the wiki here:

Now as you can see, there's a wishlist around there. So. If you've got
an activity which could be useful to promote with s
Is there a place/page to watch to discover what is blocking SOAS from
working as an SD/USB boot on the XO hardware? I believe someone posted
recently that there were a few blockers that were being worked on. Is this
correct?

A new Soas-1 is out. It contains all the bug fixes that made it into
head in the last days. And you can use Wade Brainerd's fabulous Typing
Turtle to get you going in 10 finger typing - /me won already a Gold Medal.

I hadn't thought about using ImageMagick, that's a great idea. Shadowbox
is also something that would work well if we want to take this route,
I've used lightbox in the past which is similar and definitely easy to
use. However, Shadowbox seems to be a bit more portable, and we already

If generalized this is perhaps not so bad an idea for sugarizing
regular X apps. The bundle's activity.info could declare a regexp to
match the WM_NAME of a window and Sugar then could associate that
activity with the window (associating a window with an activity

Thanks for the kind words. That's a good idea for providing a screen

Hey David,
I have had a quick look at the markup and the CSS, but I haven't
actually had a look at the PHP. I laughed when I saw the Mozilla guys
had an IE style sheet, but then I figured they were probably just
reusing code. I was actually wondering if I could have a local copy of
