Thank You James for the feedback. This has greatly clarified the requirements
of project and now I can work towards building it. I have looked at the Tony
Anderson's work, and understood that website should work similar to his work
i.e. work completely without any backend including search

submitted with different email alias but with same domain name (different
address is used for mailing list just in case if it gets picked up by
