There was a cull last year. It was said to be needed yearly ... ... but I'm not sure if the board decided that or if it was a suggestion via a Wiki edit which I ended up copying into the governance committees page during a cleanup. I'll ask that the board decide again, just to be certain. --

Membership and elections committee are delegated already; you can ask a few questions or do a questionnaire, and then report to the mailing list and the board. Nothing stopping any other member from asking the members they know, it's just that the full member list of e-mail addresses is kept by
